Profile:
Consultant Genesys
Working for a Spanish company in an international context, the candidate will act as the Genesys Technical Project Manager and the Genesys Technical Lead, reporting directly to the Technology Practice Managers (Contact Centre Infrastructure, Contact Centre Solutions - Genesys - and Voice Applications) and to the Contact Centre Programme Managers.
Functions and Responsabilities:
-Coordinate the Genesys Technical Team(s) - between 4 and 8 consultants - distributing resources between different projects.
-Provide technical guidance and assessment in terms of Genesys architectures, designs and implementations.
-Participate to the Definition & Analysis phases of the key Genesys projects and initiatives - working with end-users for the business requirements specification.
-Define, track and plan the different Genesys projects & initiatives.
-Analyze cross impacts between projects.
-Provide technical and functional recommendations for improvements.
-Participate to elaboration of business cases.
-Could be involved with installation, configuration, parameterization or troubleshooting tasks when necessary and relevant.
Requeriments:
-High Genesys Technical Expertise (minimum 5 years) at least with versions 7.x (Framework, ERS, Outbound, Reporting, WFM, Multi-sites, HA.).
-Deep knowledge in terms of Contact Centre environments and technology (PBX, IVR, Voice Recording, Quality Management.etc) with capability to provide technical and functional recommendations for improvements.
-Good experience as Project/Team Manager - showing capability to lead a (Genesys) technical team.
-Fluent English.
-Spanish is strongly recommended.
-Availability/flexibility for travelling (up to 4 or 5 days a week).
-Autonomous and dynamic.
-Good communication skills.
