    -Cycle training senior and / or graduates medium higher.
    -Asset knowledge and experience in the IVR tool Nortel MPS 1000.
    -Essential training tool Nortel MPS 1000 and knowledge desirable Java.

Se valorará:

    -High level of English.
    -Availability for touring sporadically to UK.
