Since the beginning of 2009 ICNET is included as a Service Provider in the Official Provider Database of the Madrid Province Administration.

The General Regulation of Public Procurement, approved by Decree 49/2003 of April 3, establishes that the objective of the Official Provider Database is to facilitate the presentation of procurement offers, simplifying the documentation that needs to be presented by the parties offering their services in the public public procurement processes initiated by the various organs of the Madrid Province Administration, as well as the public commercial enterprises and other public entities.
